   Frazer and team truly went above and beyond. We had ordered a bike for my girls birthday online, but when she unwrapped it and sat on it, it was far too big. We took it into store and Frazer worked hard to ensure another bike was built before she had finished school to avoid disappointment. She was thrilled. Thank you so much.    This was my second visit to the store, after originally coming in a few months ago to buy my first adult bike. I walked in knowing very little, but left feeling genuinely confident and excited about cycling, all thanks to the fantastic help I received from Joss. He listened attentively to my needs, explained the options with patience and warmth, and guided me towards a bike I absolutely love. I returned today with a few minor maintenance concerns and was delighted to once again be helped by Joss. He has a wonderful way of putting you at ease, answering every question without ever making you feel silly, and giving clear, reassuring advice. He’s knowledgeable, approachable, and a real credit to the team - a truly delightful young man who deserves recognition for the brilliant service he provides.

   Arrived at store to get a new battery to be fitted. Outstanding service from start to finish by the team. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Team member Archie, assisted us and very quickly and patiently removed the old and replaced our new battery, without any problem, fuss or drama. Overall, the whole procedure and experience at the Chichester store was a good one, and we will return again. Very happy customer. Thank you.

   Absolutely excellent. Had my headlights fitted and topped up the oil which was in desperate need. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who completed the job efficiently and with minimum fuss. Had the auto check too giving me the peace of mind that everything was roadworthy and I was on my way in no time at all. A member of the Halfords premium motoring service so it was inexpensive too. I would totally recommend.

   Quick, easy, efficient, friendly. Popped in on a wet day to change wiper blades. Fitted in 5 mins by Paul, who was excellent. Got 10 pd discount as a Halfords club member. Perfect all round!! Well done.

   Have to make appointment for service with call centre , they not in sync with Halfords told take in at given time , to be told your have to come back another day but call centre said collection same day. Mike the chap who serviced the bike was extremely helpful but the only one there doing repairs servicing and trying to serving customers all on his own . Think a few more staff would be helpful to your customers

   Halfords have kept us and our bikes on the road for years and we have been very grateful. The service we have from the bike technicians has always been excellent. One year we bought a new wheel for a bike and the technician had removed all of the tiny reflectors off the spokes of the old wheel to the new one. This visit was also super. Mike the technician worked hard to find an affordable way for me to repair my sons Apollo bike. We looked at all of the options and I was given a quote and booked in for 8 Feb. In fact the bike came in under the quoted rate and the bike was done before the due date. I cannot fault Mike and am really grateful for all of his hard work and commitment to customer service. I will be bringing my own bike in over the next couple of weeks. Thank you for your super service.

   Have been coming here for the last 3 years since I bought my bike and it's been outstanding service with no problems. Over the years have used their various payment plans (various insurance plan things ranked bronze silver and gold with added benefits) and found they really made repairing my bike no hassle. Bought all of my biking gear to soup the bike up nice today and the person working quickly put it all together, and gave me a lot of useful information regarding pricing, different requirements and needs based on my biking level. Very reasonable prices for consistent quality service and products. Highly recommend this fo sure it's such an easy service
