   I’m really disappointed with the customer service I received. Their price match policy clearly states that they won’t match prices for “websites based outside of Mainland UK”, but when I provided a competitor link using a .uk website, priced in GBP and clearly targeting UK customers, they refused to honour it. Instead of following their own written policy, they relied on arguments that aren’t mentioned anywhere — such as where the company dispatches from — which is not part of the criteria they advertise. When I questioned this politely and provided the facts, the response became dismissive and I was told they would not discuss it further. It feels misleading to offer a price match guarantee but then refuse it based on conditions that aren’t stated. Unfortunately this experience has put me off purchasing from them, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Their delivery was fast, and the scooter arrived securely packaged. Setting up the CORE CB1 was incredibly easy; since it's nearly fully assembled, all I had to do was attach the handlebars and tighten a couple of bolts—it took less than five minutes. ​The CORE CB1 itself is a superb choice for a first-time stunt rider. It's lightweight (3.4kg) and the compact 4.5" deck is perfect for making those initial tricks manageable. It feels strong and stable thanks to the Chromoly bars, offering a smooth, confidence-inspiring start for any beginner. Highly recommend buying this scooter from Skates for the excellent product and hassle-free service!

   Never ever using this company again, can't even get the colour of the bars right and now have a distraught special needs son who now can't enter a scooter competition because they sent the wrong bars. AVOID this company, waste of time!!!

   Recieved my 5 year old sons scooter for his birthday. He test drove it around the house and a bolt snapped out of the part that holds it together. Was told its not covered under warranty so offered me a spare part for it that isn't for that scooter but would fit instead Disgusting when the scooter was brand new, this shouldn't have happened and it should have been replaces properly Won't be shopping here again

   DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY LURE YOU IN WITH FREE GIFTS BUT SAVE YOUR TIME AND ORDER FROM SKATEHUT INSTEAD This company is atrocious. The website declined my payment so I re-ordered. They then sent 2 scooters and charged me twice as the first payment had actually been taken. I have since been trapped in a horrific customer service cycle trying to return. I never complain but this is past the point of being reasonable. They even told me I couldn't speak to a manager as they have too many complaints to deal with

   Skateboards I ordered were a great price and arrived quickly. However they had no soft packaging whatsoever. They were in a thin cardboard box. Its amazing they were not damaged during delivery. 50 pence of bubble wrap is all it needed to make this a 5 star review.

   Ordered an R Willy scooter from them and it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the free bonus pack was missing. One quick phone call resolved the problem and the missing pack arrived in next days post. Good friendly service, will use again.
