Amazing service. I resereved a treatmill online and Was served by a cheery young lad called david. He was singing away to himself and had the voice angel(he really should consider going on the x factor) He was also super speedy. He even helped me to my car with my order. Which was really appreciated as i would have really struggled to get it to the car on my wheelchair. Now my dog toto can enjoy walks on his treadmill. He had really been missing getting out since I lost my left leg in accident last year. But now thanks to the argos team he can enjoy daily walks again.

Total Disgrace from this branch Daughter brought table (heavy) and when she went to collect was told nobody could help her to the car. I went with her , and asked for a trolly to take to my van “I could not believe the reply from the guy” I was told to go and put a coin into supermarket trolley and balance this “heavy” table (2 packs) across the top . My daughter queried this comment saying it wasn’t really safe with customers walking about the store , and was smirked at Total disgrace and shame on Argos

I brought a battery pressure washer and wanted to return it within 24hrs( with the receipt) as there was no pressure at all, I told the member of staff (Kerian) but he refused to let me return it as it had been used for 5 minutes! I explained it has been used but it’s not working as it should, he said you can’t try it and return it. He just was very rude to me and my partner and being very dismissive and saying I said it wasn’t faulty I just wanted to change it and he won’t accept it. I took it to another Argos and explained the problem and he checked the box and issued a refund without any problem at all. I definitely won’t be going back to Lordhills store ever again.

Another Argos store informed me they may be able to help me 4/5 weeks after I reported my issue and these guys sorted it within a week. Cannot thank you enough for helping me at 7 months pregnant, you took away all of the stress of the situation

O dear, a very poor experience here.Please anyone buying tv from this store please check. We brought a LG tv and picked up on Tuesday night. Got it out of box yesterday night .24 hours later.When taken off protective cover found top screen damaged. So thinking ok take back and exchange today now Thursday be no problem. How very wrong. As no damage to box we have been blamed for screen damage.No refund !So why do Argos have a returns policy. Staff blamed us for damage.When asking to speak to a manager they played their top trump......they called for security .Like to add how professional security are in this store and thank you to the female security staff member. So now proud owner of one damaged tv from argos thanks you for that and taken my well earned £400 hundred pounds which I work very hard for.Plus spent another £400 hundred as it is for my son's birthday,for second tv.Yes we asked them to check that one !Left me feeling very shaken whole experience. So please check any goods in store so you don't get blamed for faulty goods.☆Just to say that after speaking with Argos help line I now have got tv taken away and refund. ☆Will not be using this company again.And if I could rate the store with no stars then that is what I would of done.And yes a complaint about the staff at this store to head office is well on it's way.

Never had any issues with this Argos until an unfortunate experience with the new manager today. We had a dispute over a return after he wrongly accused me of something I did not do (I won't get into details). He then refused to offer an apologie and would not give me his name. He raised his voice and acted very aggressively towards me. I'm still in complete shock as to how he acted not only as a manager but as a human being, Disgraceful. As soon as I have the time I will be writing a formal complaint.
