   We popped into the Romsey branch this morning to look at winter coats for my partners aging parents. Tina was really helpful and checked stock at several branches for us as the items we wanted we not stocked in Romsey. She was super helpful and really went the extra mile for us in both choosing the best coats and seeing where they were both available in the one store. Thank you Tina!

   A great place for outdoor gear. We were shopping for a walking holiday in Wales and the shop had everything we were looking for. The staff were friendly and able to advise on the best items and value for money which was invaluable. Will definitely be back for more from them.

   Be wary of buying any waterproofs from this location, all the jackets I looked at had an anti theft device on them that had been attached through the waterproof fabric with the result that they all had a hole in them! Staff did not seen that concerned and just said "it is only a small hole"! Eventually went to another branch who said that should never be done in that way, they put the anti theft device thru the fabric of the zip or any other place that will not compromise the waterproof properties of the clothing!

   Typical of most outdoors/camping shops. A good range of products and when we visited there was a 70% off sale on, so there were many bargains to be had! Staff were helpful and friendly.

   Brought some water proof jackets from here and what a god send they have been over the last few days. The lady in the store I think her name was Natalie she was very helpful with the sizing for our kids. What a great find in the local town of romsey.
