    New look is okay for some things they do sell lovely stuff but they dont cater for plus sized in store , and the stores that do are quite far away I wouldn't be able to get too, it would be nice for the store if they did, they would get more customers and buyers of they did. Today I got a couple of hand bags in there and staff seemed so friendly

    Love this shop .. Very friendly staff who are great at helping me. As they always, give there honest opinion.. Also they pick out stuff that I most probably would not ofv. Has a good selection of clothes in all different sizes. The staff at the Shirley Branch are all fantastic and very helpful, polite, and happy. They are all a true credit to New look, I am truly blessed to have such a great friendly store right on my door step I often end up chatting away to them but they always ask how I am and my family..

    Gave me a refund for a dress bought in town as looked dreadful on my daughter. Don't particularly like the stock in this shop as a much wider choice in town and seems quite chavvy but then it is in Shirley.

    This store is never open when it says it will be. Not sure if they're under staffed or what not but it gets frustrating waiting 10-15 mins or more for them to open. The staff that used to work here were really friendly and would often help with advice but not so much anymore. They've also had a massive decline in bigger sizes 16-18 again not sure what's happened here but don't want to have to travel into town everytime I want to buy something nice.
