Peacock is the worst. The workers (silver mohawk guy & lady with brown hair) stared me down like I was stealing just for browsing. Super uncomfortable vibe definitely won’t be back.
My naibour who's in her 80s brought her husband a cardigan for his birthday but it was to small they wouldent let her change it or get her money back, total rubbish customer service my nabour also has dementia, I am going back to see if they will change it, if not I'm going to contact watchdog.
My wife was declined a Blue light card discount today because the card is a Defence Discount Service card, even though the DDS is owned and operated by Blue Light LTD which is the exact same provider for a normal Blue Light card. Apparently the manager wasn't happy that we were given a 20% discount just 2 days ago in the same shop but I'd like to make it very clear that DDS is Blue Light. So the manager is happy to give students/NHS 20% off but not Armed Forces veterans? I'm passing this up through to their head offices and hopefully they will be giving the manager a lesson in customer service.
Extremely poor customer experience! I purchased a hat from the store and I didn’t like the product. I went back in 5 minutes to return it and the store assistant and the manager were so rude and argued that we can’t return the hat as we had worn it. The return policy in the bill correctly says that they can be exchanged/returned in 28 days. The store people were so biased considering our race and kicked us out of the store!! Never buy from Peacock!

Great service sizes need checking on lables stitched on clothes. One showed 12 on neck one showed size 14 inside the bottom
We bought shoes for my daughter and on the first day, my daughter used them, the shoe started to wear off!! As a regular customer, we went back to give them some feedback, we were shocked by the unprofessional response of the store manager, she said don't expect high-quality it is not Adidas!!, i made an official complain to her manager and never heard back from them.
