Brilliant fitting today with Adam. Expert advice to fit for me with a supportive shoe for my running style. Running a marathon next year, and currently I’ve been struggling with my current trainers (bought blind of the web) causing Achilles issues. He knew exactly what to recommend and knew a lot of detail about every shoe. Would recommend!
We came Into the shop today for a fair analysis and were helped by a really lovely lady, whose name I unfortunately did not catch! She took us through the whole process and gave us so much information. She was also so friendly and helpful, and gave great insight into why I might be getting certain injuries at the moment. We bought two new pairs of trainers based on the advice given, and will be returning to the shop for all future running related purposes! Thank you so much.
I was welcomed by both Tom and Adam for a gait analysis even though both were with other customers at the time which was great. Adam spoke to me at length about what running I do and offered me a selection of shoes to try on the treadmill. The knowledge and interest the staff showed was incredible and their passion for running was very clear. I had a great experience in the shop, really felt taken care of and would recommend the shop to anyone.
Tom was amazing! He was the only one working at the time and still managed to serve all three of us to the best of his ability, making sure that none of us were waiting around too long! He was so kind and knowledgeable and listened to my requirements before suggesting the right run trainer. He then analysed the trainer I was most favoured by and let me try them out on the treadmill whilst analysing my run strides! Found a pair which I am super happy about! Highly recommend!!
I have had a gait analysis and bought my road and trail running shoes from here. Every time I have been in the shop, the sales assistant has been really helpful and informative, bringing lots of different styles of shoe to try on. They also recommend other running accessories, explaining why they are helpful but without pushing you into buying them at all. I'll continue shopping here for my running gear. Thank you!

Had an excellent experience in there. A very kind and patient women spent almost an hour helping me find the right running shoe for me. Felt no pressure to buy at any time making for a great shopping experience. Picked up some new running shoes there as well which have been perfect
Friendly welcome from the staff as you walk into the store, which is well presented and clean. Staff seem very knowledgeable which is great when you don’t really know what you want. This shop is amazing. The service is spot on from the moment you step in. The team has a fantastic knowledge about shoes and running in general. I've been guide by them and once they found the right shoes for me, they invited me in a treadmill to check my posture. I was expecting an expensive price for my shoes but they were actually not expensive at all. Thank you again
