Had the most amazing shop assistant.. I was really struggling finding a certain outfit and nothing was too much trouble.
I didn’t even want to give one star for this shop. Myself, my mum, my dad and brother went into the shop so my mum could do some shopping. From the minute we walked in, a staff member called Anisa looked at us like we were dirt. It was clear from the way she looked at us, she assumed that we were not in the position to afford clothes and we were going to shoplift. We were all decently dressed and went about our business as normal. Why would we walk into the shop if we couldn’t afford to buy anything?! My brother leaned against the door in the shop, the same rude lady proceeded to make up a situation that my brother was trying to get through the door to steal her bags?! I don’t know where she was getting these ideas. It was clear that she had racial bias against us the moment we walked into the shop. When we went to the cashier desk to pay for the clothes, she continued to show her distaste towards us. The other employee in the store was slightly better, she treated us with maybe a little respect, but she was just a bystander to how we were being treated and made no effort to question her colleague for her rudeness. Very disappointed. Avoid at all costs.
Arrived from another city to find shop was still closed at 9:20am, although website and poster on window clearly stated opening hours from 9am.

Really nice stock at fair prices. Love how the shop is set out in colour schemes makes it easy to find what you want and always seems to be lots of sales. Lots of fitting rooms. Unfortunately the hours are a bit mismatch I come by a lot to find it closed today it was shut at 4pm.

Brilliant! Love this shop, so refreshing to find ladies clothes that are chic, mostly smart, some casual but comfortable to wear. Prices average though plenty of bits in the Sales!
Nice shop, pretty clothes, helpful staff, unfortunately, I couldn't find an item that I had seen online and wanted to try on.
Lots of wonderful dressy dresses at an average of £45. One assistant was an absolute star! Extremely helpful, put a dress aside for us and hovered helpfully. When we returned the other assistant was pretty grumpy which marred an otherwise excellent experience. I love that they leave a pair of dress shoes in the changing room to borrow to help get a feel for the look!
