   I went into River Island to use a One4All digital gift card which, according to the company’s own website, can be used in-store. The sales assistant was unhelpful and dismissive, insisting they only accept River Island gift cards. I politely asked for a manager, who confirmed I could use it via Apple Pay, and it worked straight away. The assistant’s attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional – no effort to assist, no goodbye even after I thanked her. Worst customer service I’ve experienced, especially when I came in politely and just needed a bit of help.

   Really enjoyed my experience while shopping here. I asked the young lady working here about a purse to match a bag I had purchased. Sadly the purse had sold out and she even went out of her way to look on their website for me. She was helpful to point me to another that would go with the bag. Service here is always friendly and they're always willing to go that extra mile if you ask for assistance.

   The shop is pretty much good,and i absolutely love the design of clothes in here,but its really expensive. Its understandable why,because its made out if natural products. I recommend you to turn on some songs like: "Loop" by Yves; "Not Shy" by Itzy; the whole album "With You-th" by Twice; the whole album "Loossemble" by Loossemble, this songs suit this shop in my opinion,quite same vibes:) I'd be really grateful if you will really play those songs, thank you!!

   Worst customer service ever! And I never put reviews!!!! The second I came in, they told me they were closing in 10 minutes! I asked for help to quickly find what I was looking for and not hold them back to be told that the fitting rooms were closed and couldn’t try on. They have lost my business and I came to buy!!! Going to Zara now

   Went in the shop yesterday to have to listen to a manager screaming down the shop at another member of staff it was very uncomfortable and disgusting behaviour from management I actually felt sorry for the staff member to then go the till to be told I could not pay with cash! So I couldn't even get the clothes I wanted over all bad experience think the management need to learn how to speak to there staff.

   I returned some damaged sandals the other day and went into the store today to see if they were back in stock so I could get some more to find they had put my damaged ones back on the shelf and were selling them at full price and when I went up and say something the lady was rude. Please check your stuff before you buy ladies

   Been here more often recently, most of staffs are friendly & helpful.. Very few of them aren't nice.. Shop lay out quite nice, plenty fitting rooms.. Otherwise, good quality fashion & one of the best shops of high street fashion..

And the shoes have a nice variety in stock to from stilletos boots and trainers available up to size 8. Also on offer are a lovely selection of coats available in different lengths and styles. Clothes sizes available are sizes 6 to 18.
