“i love this Urban Outfitter's store despite how busy it is. it's probably the cutest laid out and cosiest store i've ever been in. there are 3 levels, one for men, women, and then in the basement downstairs they sell some extra womenswear pieces and home goods (such a cute mugs and pillows, and some books, along with other small gadgety bits). staff are always super pleasant and friendly to speak to. there's always good music playing. no complaints really. if you download the UO app you can pretty much get a voucher everytime you shop there, and they do a discount for students!”

“I took a visit to the Southampton JD store today. I was with my little neice and nephew. Shopping with small children can sometimes be a little stressful but the store was very calm and the staff were all so helpful. A lady called Taylor in particular was very kind and attentive and made my overall experience very pleasant. Thankyou!”

“Had to take a jacket back as didn't fit and the barcode wouldn't scan on the till to return it. The guys in the store today at around half 1 in the afternoon(don't know the names). One guy had shoulder length hair and tattoos and the manager with tattoos on neck, arms and shaved head were so nice and helpful. I just wanted to make sure it was noted. Too many people only focus on the negatives so I wanted to make sure it was acknowledged how good the customer service was today, towards me and what lovely staff you have in the Southampton west quay store. “There was plenty of parking today (Friday) and the staff were really friendly and helpful on the shop floor, if I got his name I would recommend him. The tills were a little slow but it's to be expected and our checkout operator was really nice and apologetic about the wait. This store has outdoor clothing, loads of tents to look at, fishing supplies and a whole bunch of other stuff. We picked up camping storage and snacks. The carpark is free and can be used for 2hours while in store which gives plenty of time to look at everything.”

“Super friendly staff which creates a nice atmosphere in the store and has a good clothing range available. The next day to store free delivery is very useful if you can't get hold of a size option or anything in the catalog that isn't stocked - I work locally so can just pop in on lunch break.”
