Bought a pair of trainers online I received them and one shoe had been obviously worn. When I queried it the person said it had been packaged at a local store, this meaning it was a shoe on display. Will be returning as I don't expect to get an online order which should be brand new to something that is used!
ORDER NR 31900440127785070784. I ordered online Converse STAR PLAYERS 76 Low Trainers , because they were too big, I send them back for REFUND and I have been waiting for 2 months for Refund !!! I still didn't get one. I warn everyone against online shopping in this store it is very hard to get REFUND !!
Had to take a jacket back as didn't fit and the barcode wouldn't scan on the till to return it. The guys in the store today at around half 1 in the afternoon(don't know the names). One guy had shoulder length hair and tattoos and the manager with tattoos on neck, arms and shaved head were so nice and helpful. I just wanted to make sure it was noted. Too many people only focus on the negatives so I wanted to make sure it was acknowledged how good the customer service was today, towards me and what lovely staff you have in the Southampton west quay store. Thanks again guys keep up the lovely customer service.
Absolute disgrace. I ordered shoes for my child for school. I waited 4 days to be told they don't have them in stock? What a poorly run business that doesn't care because they are so far behind their competitors in so many ways, I think they just give up. I tried once, never again. Back to people that know what they're doing, like sports direct!
If I could give this place no stars I would. I went in on a week day looking for a pair of trainers. Apart from me there was 1 other couple in the store and about 6 staff. I looked around and picked up a pair of trainers i liked and was walking around with them. After realising no one was coming out from behind the till to help I went over. Needless to say the young group of people didn't like the look of me and I was made to feel like a burden. One girl practically scoffed at me and gave me such a dirty look. And told me they didn't have any in my size. She didnt even look on the computer or go out the back. I'm a size 6 so I was shocked as that's average. She told me she looked earlier for someone for the same shoe in the same size and that's how she knew. The rest of the group where all huddled together hiding behind the till. I said I saw another pair I liked and went to get them. But she was trying to palm them off onto another lad to go and look for my size. At this point I just said 'don't bother' and walked out. I will never go here again. Such terrible customer service. You lost my business as I went up the road to another shop and got 3 different pairs in the end spending over £200.

Would avoid shopping here, came in over the weekend and was waiting around for ages and the short polish woman was no help for my sister, massive waste of time
Was spoken to like dirt by this pint-sized woman whilst trying to get an exchange for my wife’s trainers. This troll was very rude and vocal whilst I tried to converse with her. I then realized that she was actually the so called “Manager” which shocked me even more. I have filed a complaint and I will no longer be spending money at footlocker.
Went in to purchase a new release, not in stock anywhere, staff member called Dave went above and beyond to locate a pair - superb service
