   Visited the shop on Friday, the cashier was rude and very snappy. I was trying to bring up my blue light card app on my phone to receive a discount, Signal is awful in westquay, so it was just taking a few minutes to load. She was very rude and I just wanted to walk out. Disgusting attitude and I will not be visiting again.

   Hello New Look, it is with a heavy heart that I must announce this negative one-star review because I am feeling incredibly betrayed and disappointed by your disgraceful shop. You call it “New Look” but it is more like “Old Look” because why do your coats ALL have holes?! My two young girls decided that they would spend their hard-earned pocket money to purchase a (what they thought to be) luxurious and trendy coat from your vast plethora of coats made by enslaved children from China. My poor 13-year-old had an eye on your black puffer coat for a good 10 months and twenty-nine days before she could finally afford it. She excitedly placed her coins down as the rude cashier aggressively grimaced and pounded the grimy counter, which completely ruined the mood…. The girls discovered multiple holes in their coats. I am gutted
