   I didn’t like what I ordered so I wanted to return the item. I paid for a home delivery online which is absolutely fine but then they ask to pay £4.99 for a delivery when I return it, i thought ok I will take it to the store. I took it to the store and got told that they can only offer me a voucher. In the end I had to pay the £4.99 for the return delivery.

   Beware delivery charges … my basket came to £28 and when I used Apple Pay before I realised it had charged me almost £12 delivery. It’s the second time it’s done this … totally forgot but an absolute rip off!!!!! Sooooo angry! Will never use again!!!!!

   Beware. I received a Jack Wills T-shirt for Christmas that is too big. I have not worn it and labels are still attached. I took it into store to exchange for the same t-shirt but a smaller size and they will not do this without a receipt or order number, and we have neither. I spoke to customer service via their online chat and they refused to discuss it with me unless I have an order number. The web chat agent closed the chat whilst I was typing, halfway through a conversation. This should give you an idea of the level of customer service you'll be getting with Jack Wills. By contrast, when I shop at NEXT retail, I can take returns back and they simply scan the unique barcode and put any money back on my account. No information needed from me. NEXT is a company that is moving forwards with the times and puts the customer first. Jack Wills is way behind the curve when it comes to order processing and they have a lot to learn about customer service. Very disappointing because I like the style of their clothes but the customer experience is terrible.

   Jack Wills is a gem nowadays since so many have gone. Definitely recommend coming here if your in WestQauy. Staff are as good as always especially during this Covid Crisis. Clothing is always the best in terms of quality in my opinion better than the Holister next door.

   I like the store. Although the prices are always bit uplifted but so as the quality of the products. From the corona prospective store is taking all the precautions. Trial rooms are closed for sometime considering the pandemic situation.

   Good store, often has discounts, staff always friendly and welcoming. Much easier to see the difference between men's and women's clothes now it's laid out back and front rather than side to side!
