You have a better chance winning the lottery then getting some one on the phone. It's like they just stair at it like primitive beings like whats this im confused.
I found the range of clothes wasn't as good as other stores (possibly a smaller size). There is also a very small lift which is difficult to accommodate more than one pushchair or wheelchair. The Costa upstairs often had a toilet which is out of order and this is really difficult if you have children. However, there are quite a few seats and it is convenient when one partner is shopping and the other needs somewhere to wait or a quick lunch. I wouldn't recommend it for more than that.
We went to Next men's depth on Saturday for clothes for my husband for our holiday. Served by Mia, really lovely girl, off on holiday herself soon. She deserves to do well in your store, very polite and smiley. Thank you. Linda and Ivan Gill
Visited the Next store today and was really disappointed. It’s absolutely not accessible for parents with prams or people with disabilities. The aisles are packed with clothes, everything is crammed together — it’s nearly impossible to move around without bumping into something. On top of that, the lift wasn’t working. Very poor accessibility and disappointing experience overall.
Everything was good apart from dust being everywhere!! Staff was polite, and the displays were nicely organised but very, very dusty in places. Shoe section shelves were very dusty, and the cosmetic section of their partner brand was a big no-no when it came to dust.
Dreadful service at the cashier and lack of different sizes every time I go.
For some reason you can't collect online orders from this store anymore. I placed an order today and could only get it delivered to one of the Poole stores. I tried several attempts but the Next website kept saying no stores in Bournemouth! Anyone know why?
Why when you select in store collection, do the parcels show up half way through the day. Especially on a sunday with reduced trade hours. It would be most beneficial to customers if the parcels were available in store at the beginning of trade as i was planning to collect early as i have work.
