    Went o the shop to buy women shoes and there was no one attending there. Had to call a young lady and she said that there should be two colleagues attending in women’s shoes but there wasn’t. She ended up coming and she seemed overwhelmed with so many clients there. At same time, there were at least 3 of her colleagues doing “ not much” and not helping. It took probably 30 minutes to have the sizes I wanted. Not good management of staff. Patricia

    Very poor customer service. Left waiting a very long time to just check stock. When they bring shoes out u have to wait in a mystery place to get said shoes. Staff don't tell u this. When u get the shoes no help is given. Ended up walking out and went to Whiteley instead.

    Nicola is a credit to the team she helped me get sunglasses out Of the cabinet. However when she was assisting me a supervisor called Kim had an unacceptable attitude all because she didn’t have a radio when I asked Nicola she said her duty manager was getting here a radio. But Kim wasent standing anything for it and she needs a disciplinary or some action to be taken against her as you do not treat workers like that no matter what if your having a bad day or not especially doing this in front of a customer.

    Went to the changing rooms and was spoke to like I was about 5, only 3 items allowed in the room and you can’t take your bag in ‘by law’ said the member of staff, when I questioned this he swiftly changed it to ‘store policy’ You have to leave it behind the counter, when I asked if someone steals it will I be reimbursed I was told it wasn’t their problem. Looking back at all these reviews over the last few months, questions need to be asked

    Poor quality (probably duplicate) Trainers are sold to my son. See the quality of it after few weeks of wearing. We brought it in October as his New year gift and he started wearing it from February 2025. See the status of the Slazenger ORIGINAL SHOES! I don't think they are genuine ones. Pealing off like a potato! Slazenger?? Pathetic shop... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
