   Its an ok skate shop but I feel over the years the quality of clothing has definitely gone down hill..the staff seem to be friendly and they do say hello when you walk through the door which is always nice But I will add that the quality of clothing isn't down to them as it's down to the companies making it that their buying from. Their own branded clothing seems to be fairly good.

   I was disappointed that my 'out of date' credit note was not honoured as this effectively means that I have given Route One £19.something at some point and received nothing in return. (Not very cool.) Beyond that the staff are approachable and friendly and would be happy to return in future. 7/10

   Visited this store last Tuesday, and the guys in the store were so helpful when it came to picking a new deck and also helped me assemble my new board together which I class as excellent service! Will definitely be visiting again when I’m next down south.

   All staff were great here except one guy with long black hair. He was very rude even though we spent lots of money it put us off going to spend more in there that day for us as he made customers feel unwelcome. Maybe he should learn off the other staff how to speak to customers. Other wise be 5 star review.
