   Exceptional communication and service. We wanted to buy a Thule roof rack and from the first email they gave brilliant information. They helped us fit the roof rack and gave lots of useful information like keeping a photo of the key and its number in case we ever lost it. Compared to what we saw elsewhere we are happy with the price. Highly recommended.

   Absolutely amazing service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and very patient. Spent ages explaining to us how to safely transport our kayaks on a roof bar. Prices are great and products are of high quality. Can't fault these guys so if you're thinking about a kayak or canoe, give them a call.

   I haven't bought anything yet, but asked the guy a lot of questions because I'm just starting out and he was very knowledgeable and helpful, now I've just got to save some mineybover the next few weeks and I'll be going back to buy my first kayak. I would highly recommend this place, all of the kit they have appears to be high quality although time will tell once I'm out on the water.
