   As other reviews have said, over the past 3 months there is never any dog raw meat. We have travelled up from Brighton (1.5 round trip) on 4 occasions just to find the freezers completely empty! Asked the staff why this is -as it was never an issue over the past couple of years- apparently there is are two customers who come in as soon as the raw meat delivery arrives and they TAKE IT ALL. Literally entire deliveries gone within the hour. It’s not fair and shouldn’t continue to be allowed - these two customers are using Jolleys as their own private stock supplier leaving all other customers without any dog meat. Jolleys don’t even answer their phone so can’t check if they are out of raw meet until we’ve made the long trip up there. Seriously disappointing, please draw some boundaries with these customers who are taking all your stock in one go!!

   Staff are always very helpful and friendly. Store is always very well stocked with plenty to choose from. And the fact that as a Member you get a small discount each time you shop, makes it worthwhile not adding animal feeds to your normal weekly shopping bill.

   Before I begin my moan, I just want to say how lovely the staff are, always friendly and chatty. The issue we have is with the lack of raw dog food. We come weekly from Eastbourne, and for the last 3 or 4 weeks, the freezers have been pretty much devoid of meat. Our dog is allergic to chicken, and we're lucky if we can find anything he's able to and will eat. Another customer wasn't very happy and asked one of the members of staff about it. She basically said she had no idea but did say that the store wasn't responsible for their deliveries. Perhaps whoever is, ought to visit the store and see how bad the situation is. We're now considering going back to getting our dogs food delivered, as although it's rather more expensive, we at least know that his food will always be available. Such a shame but things don't seem to be as good as they once were and we'll have no reason to visit again.

   I've been here many times in the past but not for the last 2 years we recently got a puppy and he had her injection here the vet was very good and receptionist for the vet really nice and welcoming. After we saw the vet, we had a good look around and bought some stuff for the puppy, all the stuff is very competitively priced. We will definitely be going back to the Hailsham store again.

   Bought a puppy harness today and the sales assistant Lily was really helpful. Range of toys, treats, food etc was also quite impressive. Will definitely be revisiting in the near future.

   All the staff currently at Jollyes are exceptional. They have helped me so much with my two Oriental cats, Kittens we've raised, and our Spaniel Puppy. I would never go anywhere solely for the customer service. This is by far the best Pet Shop just for the customer experience, be it for the animals or their humans. I think this store is not credited enough by the bigger bosses. They are the best of the best! Thank you all, with a massive added thanks to Jade, who has helped myself and family over the years of her working there!

   Great staff, they fitted collar for our puppy and gave us advice, nothing was too much. We get the dog's claws clipped here for eight pounds. Nice bright and airy shop with plenty of room and a huge range of stock. Easy parking, and conveniently situated 2 doors down from Argos.
