First 3 times were good. Then the last time was very unprofessional. My puppy was clearly very distressed when I got there to collect her. I would not recommend letting them near your dog. Never again!
Wow! The staff here are so incredible! It was my dogs first time and the staff put her at ease when she was really nervous. They got all her matts out and made her look and smell incredible. I’ve never seen her look better. Will deffo be returning here Thankyou so much from me and Winnie! Before and after pictures x

Took my 9 month rottie in to have nails cut and she barked and heared gromer say I'm not happy to do this yet there was a small dog yapping but that was OK Call yourself groomers Pathetic
Whisper and I were very happy with her full groom experience. The lady supporting Whisper on her first professional groom adventure was lovely, caring and professional. I assumed it would include a hair cut (short hair.) She advised well and for a small extra fee trimmed her very nicely making her look like a tidy doggy mademoiselle. All black claws cut very nicely too. Thank you, I will return!

The first time we went they did an amazing job! Then the last 3 times have been extremely disappointing! They do charge almost £50 so the expectation is high! It’s safe to say I will definitely not be taking my dog back there..
