“Well, what a lovely experience for my nervous little rescue Frenchie! Up until today she wouldn’t let strangers pick her up, not even her vet is allowed to put her on a table and examines her on the floor. Within 60 seconds of entering Pugs in a tub she was up in on of the guys arms! When I collected her they had even managed to clip her claws for me which I was amazed at as she doesn’t let people touch her paws!! She’s currently sprawled on the sofa enjoying (noisily) her rabbits ear… thank you guys, amazing job and care!”

I assumed it would include a hair cut (short hair.) She advised well and for a small extra fee trimmed her very nicely making her look like a tidy doggy mademoiselle. “Can we agree? Dog people are nuts. I include myself here. I came in with a large, DIRTY, poodle…at lunchtime. “Do you have time?” I asked, ready to get the stink eye. “Of course we do!” Said the patient soul at the desk. When I returned my dog was clean, fluffy (better than I can do it!) and happy. The rates are more than fair. The shop is charming and spotless. OK, poodle-people, we should make these women very wealthy. BTW- the Golden I saw coming out as I came in looked really great too.”

“Always a challenge to take scruffy dog to see Tim for his haircut, it’s not his favourite thing to have done, he really hates it!!!. Tim is so patient and kind. Listens to how I’d like him to look, and Scruffy comes out looking lovely, and happy. I’ve booked up a year in advance so that speaks volumes! I would 100% recommend.
