“Well, what a lovely experience for my nervous little rescue Frenchie! Up until today she wouldn’t let strangers pick her up, not even her vet is allowed to put her on a table and examines her on the floor. Within 60 seconds of entering Pugs in a tub she was up in on of the guys arms! When I collected her they had even managed to clip her claws for me which I was amazed at as she doesn’t let people touch her paws!! She’s currently sprawled on the sofa enjoying (noisily) her rabbits ear… thank you guys, amazing job and care!”

The Vet was a delightful Greek lady who showed great interest in my cats and was very professional as well as quick and friendly. Highly recommended.”

“Whisper and I were very happy with her full groom experience. The lady supporting Whisper on her first professional groom adventure was lovely, caring and professional. I assumed it would include a hair cut (short hair.) She advised well and for a small extra fee trimmed her very nicely making her look like a tidy doggy mademoiselle. I came in with a large, DIRTY, poodle…at lunchtime. “Do you have time?” I asked, ready to get the stink eye. “Of course we do!” Said the patient soul at the desk. When I returned my dog was clean, fluffy (better than I can do it!) and happy. The rates are more than fair. The shop is charming and spotless. OK, poodle-people, we should make these women very wealthy. BTW- the Golden I saw coming out as I came in looked really great too.”
