Ignoring voicemails and messages. Messaged and left multiple voicemails over a month ago, still no reply, used to be a regular customer, have since found someone else. If there is no availability, it’s only polite to let the customer know.
Sue is the best, I have a nervous dog who doesn't like being away from me and Sue deals with him so well and always says how well he behaves for her. She treats him so well and is so patient and gentle. She also sells food, treats and products.
The dogs always come away looking great.
She took on my elderly grumpy husky for her very first groom. Took the time to understand how she could be with being handled but in the end my pup was such a good girl and was looking amazing after her groom. Will definitely go again.
