   I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a jacket online, but unfortunately, the item I received was not what I ordered and had a tear on the inside. When I visited the store to return it, I was told that returns could only be processed through designated return centers. This was very frustrating and disappointing, as I now have to wait even longer to get my refund. This experience has been far from what I expected from The North Face.

   Always well stocked, plenty of space in the shop to see what's on display as well laid out with room to view and try things on. Given a large amount of the stock are jackets and coats it would be useful to have mirrors on the floor like most other retailers. Staff don't hassle you either so not under pressure or made to feel uncomfortable

   Ordered a bag online and I had an empty box. Customer service is very arrogant and won’t sort my situation asap . I’ve been sent an empty box …… Customer service was rude , arrogant and not in a hurry to help. This is why northface has a bad reputation. Sort it out guys

   Staff were lovely and answered my queries truthfully and seemed knowledgable. However, the store does not offer a lot to buy (quite small and not many things put out) and the bag I wanted to get was also slightly scratched/damaged and the other was also dirty? The bags aren’t cheap either and to expect customers to pay £100 for something in that condition is ridiculous. I bought my products online because of this.

   Went into the shop just to browse but nearly ended up buying a coat as the service amazing. The guy had excellent knowledge of gortex materials etc. Although I didn't buy it today as needed more time to think to make the right decision, I will definitely be returning in the next couple weeks to purchase one once decided.

   Poor store despite being a Northface fan. Staff are not very engaging and what’s with the hiding of price tag in the most inaccessible places... scared of scaring off customers with the price?
