   I recently ordered a kit from Classic Sportswear on May 25th, and my experience has been incredibly disappointing. I was not provided with any estimated delivery time, so I reached out for information last week. I was assured that I would receive an update if I called on Tuesday, but when I did, they informed me that while my order would be ready for the gala, it might not arrive by post. I agreed to collect it, just needing confirmation on when and where. Today, I received a call at 3 PM stating the kit was ready for collection, but as I was on my daughter's school trip, I couldn't pick it up. They mentioned they could leave it at a nearby gym and would text me the details, but I never received a message. I've attempted to reach them again since 4 PM, only to find their lines switched off. What has been most frustrating is the lack of clear communication. Last week, when I expressed my concerns about the delivery times, their representative was rude and dismissive, insisting that the timeframe was typical for UK manufacturing. While I understand that manufacturing can take time, clearer communication from the start would have improved my experience significantly. After speaking with other parents tonight, I've learned that we’re not alone in this negative experience. It's disheartening to feel misled and left in the dark. I would strongly advise others to reconsider ordering from Classic Sportswear. Our son is now left without his club kit for his gala Sunday and we’re still have no idea when the kit will arrive.

   First of all, what a what a nice fella Wayne is. Laid back to the point of horizontal, but that just made us feel comfortable. Our demands were pretty high, this was a tour to end tours for our 2nd year players and we wanted quality at a good price in quite a short space of time. We needed 39 tops, a polo and a 't' both slightly different but definitely bespoke!! Wayne didn't disappoint. He also allowed us to take sample sizes ranging from small to 3XL even though he had a lot of stuff out, he was very obliging. We had 2 sponsors to put on the tops and just around production time another came on board and Wayne was brilliant in incorporating this new sponsor at very short notice, even changing one of the sizes for the boys, again at short notice. Great service, really nice product and good value for money. We would highly recommend Classic for sportswear, whether for tour or match wear and hopefully we can use them in the near future.

   I highly recommend ordering from Classic Sportswear. I ordered my son's kit, which came very quickly. There was an issue with the quality of one of the items, which was investigated and rectified with 5 days. Thank you for dealing with our order and complaint so quickly and efficiently. Amazing staff and service.

   My wife ordered 3x classic pro waterproof jackets at £40 each with our club logos. Took 6 weeks and 5 days to arrive from ordering and this was after phoning and emailing to chase up. Diabolical turn round of order. And the quality of the jackets are aweful. Certainly won’t be using this shop again

   Waited over 8 weeks for my gear to arrive almost £200 worth. When it finally come only some items had my sponsor logo on it so my sponsor wasn't best impressed as he funded the money. Then I was one item short so waited a further 2 weeks and that also never had my sponsor yet i specifically asked for a sponsor on each item. I really dont like to kick up a fuss or neither do I ever do reviews but left feeling really unhappy especially as they never offered any kind of refund and now are offering discount on items. Not even a apology poor service

   Been waiting 2 month's for some kit still no sign of this! Been told they have a backlog because of covid, everyone is feed up of this excuse(I ordered kit elsewhere received it within 3 weeks)! Tried to cancel my order to be told they will with me within 5-6 weeks. They have Ignored the cancellation bit and I've waited longer than I can wait, in the email response they have stated my football kit which is totally incorrect as I ordered a rugby kit doesnt suprise me to be fair with level of incompetence they have shown so far. To add further insult to this we order kids playing kit and this is awful after two washes it's bobbling and in dire state! I would strongly never to shop with this company absolutely shocking service and nothing is being done to sort this out! I will be taking this further as they are in breach of the sales of goods act.

   Absolutely shocking customer experience. Waiting over 8 weeks for my order which has still not yet arrived. I have emailed on 3 separate occasions requesting an update and have not received a single response. When I called the warehouse I was told that some members of staff were having to isolate due to covid and that there was a 2 week back log. That was 3 weeks ago. I have now become that fed that I purchased kit from an alternative supplier which had already been delivered. I would not waste your time with this company whi don't have the common courtesy to respond to emails and who believe that waiting over 8 weeks for an order is acceptable.
