   Buy from an independent on-line I was worried about delivery times and returns. I received superb service - great communication and when one item was not right - swift refund.    I really want to be able to support local independent stores but I’ve not had a pleasant experience here. I’ve been about 3 times and unfortunately each time the staff are scattered around the store, speaking among themselves and did not acknowledge me as I walked in or looked at the items, planning reels. I’m not sure why the atmosphere is so cold in this store, that stocks brands I would love to buy from.

   What a treasure trove! Fabulous and well-chosen beautiful clothes; an amazing independent store - I only wish it was on my doorstep! Inspiring and fun Instagram and great customer service (I even got a call to tell me that a shirt I’d ordered was generous in size). Love it!

   Really nice stock & well laid out shop, but the staff are unbelievably rude and I felt really uncomfortable - After speaking to others who have also shopped here the vibe seems to be that if you don’t look like you have money they don’t want to know. I did buy just over £100 worth of items, as they do stock brands that can be hard to find & I’d like to support a local business, but I’m sorry to say my first experience will be my last. Judging people by whether they look like they have money is gross. Do better.

   Such a wonderful shopping experience with very helpful staff. Fantastic clothing brands and beautiful gifts. It’s a little hidden gem of a boutique.Nothing like it in Cardiff. Gwenno the owner and all the staff are knowledgable, friendly, accommodating and honest. They also have the best sales!!

   Very disappointed. I went to this shop twice last week wanting to buy an item for a family member and was shocked at the lack of customer service. As a student, I felt it was assumed that I was not going to spend any money and I felt extremely unwelcome. The lady at the till was on her phone and made no effort to talk to me. I want to be supporting local businesses at the moment but both experiences were awful. There was no way I was supporting a shop with an attitude like this.
