Great experience today getting the gait analysis. Beth was super helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. Didn't feel rushed at all, tried on a few different pairs and got to use the treadmill to test each one out. Would highly recommend to anyone who's a keen runner or just starting out!
Highly recommend this place for customer service. Ryan was rushed off his feet - pun intended - as he served three customers at once, which didn't include me. I was happy to wait, Ryan gave me excellent service and advice and I walked out with some great gym shoes, discovering later it's the brand my son runs in. No pressure, low key and encouraging. Great place to shop in person.
Not the greatest experience to be honest. I have messaged feedback about my concerns. Nice pair of trainers. Don’t know how appropriate they will be despite my running style (yes I had the gait analysis) oh yes no internet. If you have Vitality get your membership number before going in. This caused me to be late for work. Tip go to Moti on Albany road as much better service all round.
Had the gait analysis yesterday and the lady who served me was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable! She listened to my needs and really went above and beyond to find the correct shoe for me! Definitely recommend!
Was helped today by a lovely assistant. I didn’t get his name, but he was very knowledgable and despite there being several people wanting advice and assistance, he managed to divide his attention between us effectively. I would recommend a visit for gait analysis and general advice!

Very knowledgeable and helpful, despite a long list of very specific requirements on my part. The colleague who helped me was very patient and researched vegan opinions from the store's stock for me. I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service.
