    Avoid the Cardiff store. Sold a pair of boots not of satisfactory quality as one boot was ex display and had been stretched. They refused to take the unsatisfactory goods back. Having been a customer of Dune for over three years I am very disappointed by the after sales service and shall not be recommending this store.

    Mickey Mouse club. One member of the staff is telling you something, another one is telling the exact opposite. They are also quite pushy, which makes you feel like they are aggressive. The quality of shoes is great tho, however they do not have much diversity in their collection. To be honest, I will purchase from a different branch from now one. You know the saying: the staff is the image of the company...
