“Called in advance for a specific pair of trainers in a specific size that they didn’t have in my local store. The girl who answered the phone was very efficient and helpful. She found the shoes and held them back for us. We arrived 20 minutes later and she went and got the trainers for us to try on and we had a lovely chat at the same time. Excellent service.”

That's how you manage a complaint granted you had the product needed but you still apologised for the trouble and said you would have completed the refund if need due to the circumstances.”

“Went here for last minute Gifts for the family as I was visiting from out of town. And may I say the service was fantastic, the staff so lovely, and a decent selection of luxury brands. The store doesn’t have a large women’s section and a larger men’s section however. But for the seasonal sale and the lovely staff who were so attentive I’d definitely come again.”

“Abitto suits have been amazing I ordered their peaky grey tweed 3 piece suit and I was really impressed with the quality for the money. it’s always difficult to order suits online I had been sized up by a tailor and gave the measurements which where all perfect other than the trousers, As all company’s can be slightly different but I sent them back and Abitto kindly had them resized at a tailors for no extra cost and they came back perfect. Over all I was very impressed with quality and there customer service and would recommend anyone to buy a suit from these guys and not from any of the bigger producers moss bros etc thanks again guys hopefully I might be buying another suit at some point!”
