   The staff here got it all so wrong when you know what you want and they try and push something on you .I tried a pair of trainers on and they were to small only to be told that thay fit well I asked for the next size up and to my amazement they didn't have the size

   Awful customer service apart from one young girl who was trying to do everything bless her. Manager didn’t even make eye contact with any customers or engage in what was happening around her. Boy on till wasn’t trained enough for my enquiry and felt embarrassed. I couldn’t buy the product I needed.

   If there was a zero score I would give that because even 1 star ⭐ is too good for this place. Please avoid purchasing anything from here and they don’t accept returns when busy. Advised my son to come back Sunday when it’s less busy yet we had traveled down from Blackwood for this return as it clearly states on top of the invoice that I can take it to any jd sports where staff is meant to be happy help. Staff there are stuck up argumentative unhelpful. Refused to get the manager so I could explain my situation. Said he was busy then he was out then he was eating his lunch. With 4 grown up children and 7 grandchildren I have shopped at Jd for many years. I can honestly say after todays service and treatment I will NEVER shop there again and now no longer require an exchange in size I will have my money back and shop somewhere where the staff know how to treat customers. Useless stuck up shop only happy to take money from you but not happy to help afterwards.

   The staff are so rude! Just a bunch of children with zero customer service skills. My partner asked a guy for a trainer in a specific size he just snatched the shoe no words and off he went, comes back again no words just shoves them at you, another guy at the till again zero words no pleases or thank yous, just four teenagers stood around with miserable faces.

   Called in advance for a specific pair of trainers in a specific size that they didn’t have in my local store. The girl who answered the phone was very efficient and helpful. She found the shoes and held them back for us. We arrived 20 minutes later and she went and got the trainers for us to try on and we had a lovely chat at the same time. Excellent service.
