She was very rude and didn’t have a clue. I just walked away and left me stood there so they called a lady call Janet. “Absolutely outstanding customer service from Callum! I phoned the store to ask if they had a pair of trainers in my size. The call was answered quickly and professionally, and Callum confirmed the shoes were in stock. A few hours later, I visited the store and was greeted by Callum again. He kindly fetched the trainers I’d asked about, but also listened when I mentioned I had wide feet. He suggested trying a wide-fit version, bringing both the size 12 I requested and a 10.5 wide fit. The wide fit turned out to be perfect and much more comfortable. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and will definitely return for more trainers. Well done, Skechers!”
