Travelled from Bristol as the Bristol store didn't have the item I wanted. The Newport store did and was very tidy. Staff were friendly.
Let me save your time - they say they allow returns, they do not. I was told that I could buy two sizes of trousers and try them at home, and then bring back the one that doesn't fit. I did exactly this, and they refused the return due to a crease. A crease. Never, ever shop here.

Typically Primark, stack 'em high and sell 'em low. Good value products, but the store is quite congested due to the amount of clothing shelves, not having much room for the isles or shoppers.
