   Our cashier had the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. He was a young lad on today, and couldn’t have cared less. Didn’t smile, make conversation and threw the clothes about. Could’ve been having a bad day, but then we went off twice with the scanners because he hadn’t removed the security tags on the kids clothes. A lovely lady, maybe the manager came over and apologised for him. But seriously what is he doing serving customers like that.

   The Manager, Leane was amazing today. She located the last of a pair of sandals in her stockroom. She made my 10yr old granddaughter the happiest person in the world after the puppy chewed her favourite sandals - from last year! Thank you Leane, you were lovely.

   I like this H&M. It's a well lit, light and airy space and clothes are displayed with plenty of space to navigate around (with a large buggy). Access to the first floor is easy via the lift. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

   I have just bought a couple of discounted items and once I got back home and checked it through, on my receipt there were items I have not even bought, for instance a red t-shirt. They charged me £15 more. And I can't even go back to complain and prove that I have paid for something I did not get at all. Just so disgusting. I will avoid shopping at H&M in the future, I'm extremely disappointed. Shame on you.

   Bought a sweater and a top in the sale. Tried them on in a fitting room. Girl at the till very pleasant. Paid on a card. Not a shop i normally visit but may do in future.
