    Brilliant deals, I've always enjoyed shopping there. The only downside is the return policy, where you're restricted to exchange or a gift card for further shopping with them. It's really disappointing, especially when you are not offered a changing room to actually try the clothes. More so, the customer toilet has been locked out. Making it very difficult for customers, especially the disabled customers to cope with the shopping. I truly wish these concerns would be addressed.

    I've been a customer of Matalan for at least 15 years now and have shopped at their stores in Cwmbran and Cardiff. I always found something of quality be it clothes or housewares. On my last visit I bought a beautiful t shirt depicting the Amalfi coast of Campania. As an Italian I was delighted!!

    The deal is okay, it hard to find a good deal (maybe not the right time for their sale). Some deal is good especially if you buy their brand like papaya or luxe something (forgot the name)

    Worst Que of my life, slowest workers ever. No water given to In need. And NO CAMPING CHAIRS. Que for two hours almost missed my Greggs to good to go absolutely fuming

    Hidden treasure this store! Been here twice when passing by. Always clean and tidy. Clothes organised. Staff lovely. The clothes are a great price, I always end up spending a fair bit. But more than happy with the amount I have! Parking right out front and plenty of it.

    This is a heavily discounted end of range, odd size clearance warehouse. Very well merchandised and organised. Clean, neat and well laid out. Vast range of clothing for all, be patient and have a good look around. No changing rooms. Ample, easy parking.
