   Our Son is 2 years old now so about 3 years we drove to wales from Bath to check out the pram and when we entered the store we asked for assistance and he had someone with us for 2 mins to which they left us to figure it out. Anyway we walked out with a pram but when we got home we were not happy with the quality. We phone back to the store to see if we can return and or get a refund but we were told that it wouldn’t be possible this and that. We are stuck with this 400 pound travel set. Very disappointing and unhelpful company, that does not adhere to consumer rights law. In all our comms they were not even sympathetic esp considering target market is women and new parents.

   We had a friend call in ahead of our visit as we travelled from Weston to look at double prams. The ladies set up several options for us to explore. We could walk them, change configuration, fold them & the staff were experts in their fields. Giving practical advice on each brand. Very friendly, no pressure & a far better shopping experience than John Lewis or Smyths just due to the choice & pace in which we could browse. Highly recommend a visit. Lovely other baby items too. Thank you ladies!

   We are first time parents who were looking to buy a car seat / pushchair but didn't know what we needed or what we should consider. We came into the store looking for advice and someone to help us. The ladies who worked at the store didn't seem bothered when we entered. when we asked for advice we were told to look around and see what we liked the look of. I'm a man, all the things there looked the same, I wanted to know facts about the products and be given advice / demonstration. The staff at the store were more concerned about playing with another customers child and talking about their day. It was a negative experience that made purchasing these items more daunting. This isn't the place if you want or need advice.

   Me and my partner visited the Cwmbran store a couple of weeks ago (29th September). The shop was quite busy, the one lady was with a customer but she still said hello and made us feel welcome which was really nice. After a few minutes the same lady asked us if we needed any help so we started chatting, she was very helpful and knew what she was talking about which was refreshing because I didn’t have a clue what to look for. The only down side was another member of staff kept interrupting us quite abruptly. But overall a lovely experience. We will be returning to buy our pram closer to my due date and hope the same lady will be the one serving us as she was so nice! X

   Came here with my hubby on the Sunday before first bank holiday in May 2024. It was really busy but, one lovely lady helped us out and gave us two demos of prams we liked. She really knows her stuff and answered all our questions. We walked away knowing what we wanted but decided to wait for another scan. Ordered our pram over the phone and again the person was really lovely and helpful. Picked up our pram and car seat today and the staff are so friendly and sweet and helped us carry stuff to the car. Thank you for all your help and service, I highly recommend.

   Came to the Cwmbran store, and loved how we were left to wander and try anything out ourselves to get a good feel of what we were possibly buying. The staff were brilliant and on hand at any time to answer any of our questions that we may of had. They had really good knowledge about all the brands and was able to show us anything we wanted to know. We decided on a pram there and then after trying out them all, and purchased it that day! There is not many places you can go to these days like this and it really made shopping and choosing easy for us!! Also very reasonable prices. Will recommend to anyone! Thank you!!

   Very helpful staff! They were upfront and honest about expected delivery times and potential hold ups due to covid, they helped us choose a travel system that would arrive on time for babies arrival!
