I had a lovely experience with a beautiful young lady on the tills. Her name was Emilia I believe, she had long blonde hair, was very chatty and helpful . She made an effort with everyone to be fair to her, greeting every one with a smile. It does make a difference !! Get her to train staff in JD !! I hope you are appreciated love . Thanks Emilia

I took my elderly mother to purchase some shoes and I was blown away with the staff, in particular Molly who was patient and very attentive to my mothers needs and wants.. very rarely do I write reviews but then very rarely do I now see staff that go the extra mile and are clearly compassionate in what they do and who was just a pleasant, kind and happy young lady. Thank you Molly for making me see that there are staff who do still want to help and assist their customers. Well done, I only hope that your manager realises what an asset you are..
I would just like to say how helpful Rhys was today. He was very polite and friendly but most of all it was the patience he showed towards my 90 year old dad. He made our shopping experience a pleasant one.they
Terrible customer service. Waited over ten minutes in a queue upstairs until someone else in the queue said to go downstairs as that queue was for game and they saw I had clothes to buy. Staff member completely oblivious to the long queue. Served downstairs after another long wait. No apology. Staff didn’t know how to do the collection on the till. Rudely didn’t apologise. Only one till in operation delete dozens of staff wandering around!
I popped to the store in Talbot Green on my lunch break, so I was rushing and I asked the manager for some help in buying some trainers etc, so she called one of her colleagues over to help me honestly I can’t thank them enough they were absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough for me. I was in and out in no time. So I just wanted to say thank you ever so much for your help today. I spoke to a lovely young girl on the till I didn’t catch her name sorry, but I asked for the managers name and the young lad who helped me I now know the managers name was Leah,and the young lad was Callum so a big shout out to you both, you really are a credit to the store. Purchased a pair of shoes from here in March , but upon purchasing told them I didn’t want the box . The assistant told me they no longer take them off you which I find strange , any reason ?
Considering retail companies are struggling you would think the staff would be a bit more friendly. Buying trainers for my 2 year old granddaughter and the man that served us acted like I asked him to chop his arm off not to go get trainers.i suggest a job sat at a desk at home because you blatantly don't like people !!!
Very good prices. Awesome range of products. Helpful staff. Good stock and services. Excellent all round!. wHAt they do lack here is quality running shoes. I mean, not top of the range, but they don't even stock mid range proper running trainers, even for semi-serious runners. So, If you are \a runner, you really should look elsewhere fore a decent pair if you like your running. Lovely place. Clean. Professional fast informative service Always friendly staff on hand to serve you and help you out. Some nice stuff on display here too. Definitely go there again. 10/10. Can't fault the place at all. I buy all my sports wear from here.
Purchased trainers 5 or 6 weeks ago but after an uncomfortable walk qnd black toe nail realised they had given me a size 7 left and 8 right foot. Since I'd lost the receipt I was purchasing a second pair and when the (nice) assistant handed me the box there was and 7 and 8 in there.. I explained this happened previously and went and got the ones I purchased some weeks ago as proof. The manager was called and he said it happened a lot and should have been checked at the til. Bizarrely he took a minimum of 20 minutes saying he did not know how to fix the problem on the system he used. After disappearing, Checking other boxes he decided on the no receipt no exchange argument. I pointed out the store had previously exchanged a pair of boots without a receipt and he accused me of not listening. I said I had lost my patience and so did he, massively. I swore under my breath as I was putting the old trainers in my bag and he became rediclously officious shouting very loudly "get out of my shop". Completely incompetent and unprofessional. manager. No wonder he refuses to give his name out.
