“I am opening a vintage clothing store in Swansea named RAVS and visited this wholesaler today to source a bulk of my stock. We were met with incredibly friendly and helpful staff who assisted us all day in finding fashionable and high quality items. They also gave me incredibly useful advice in starting my store and what payment system to use. The staff even helped me take all the items to my car after they had finished their shift. There was a wide selection of different items of varying quality, the only criticism that I could offer would be that there was a lack of desirable items in some clothing groups i.e T-shirts , however, a senior staff member informed me of their next supply date so that I can be one of the first to source items from the next delivery which will be incredibly useful in finding the highest quality items. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the business.”

“Absolutely outstanding customer service from Callum! I phoned the store to ask if they had a pair of trainers in my size. The call was answered quickly and professionally, and Callum confirmed the shoes were in stock. A few hours later, I visited the store and was greeted by Callum again. He kindly fetched the trainers I’d asked about, but also listened when I mentioned I had wide feet. He suggested trying a wide-fit version, bringing both the size 12 I requested and a 10.5 wide fit. The wide fit turned out to be perfect and much more comfortable. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and will definitely return for more trainers. Well done, Skechers!”
