   Went there this morning. Asked a member of staff for wide fitting shoes, told they don't do them. Carried on looking found 'sketchers- relaxed wide fit' went to till to buy - told the same lady 'found wide pair - didn't even look at me just grunted!!! Told her not to bother, left the shoes. Due to her disgusting can't b bothered attitude, they lost £64.99. Won't go there again!

   Sent away for some slippers. Size 11. In two months they had become size 13! Asked for a refund, never got one. Asked for a replacement pair(10s) never got them. Do not buy anything from them on eBay.

   If I could give a zero star this store would have it. Bought a pair of trainer's for 14.99 and after wearing them for the first time found the tongues on the shoe would slip to the outside of the foot causing rubbing and making them uncomfortable to wear. Been back to store for refund but was met by an attitude that there is nothing wrong with them. Phoned customer service twice but was eventually told they cannot over rule the shops decision and you may get a refund if you take them to another store.

   We popped in 3/6/2023 around 6 o’clock, the two ladies that were working that day were amazing, my feet were throbbing from being on my feet all day in work and I wanted to get a pair of sandals for work the next day, they were so helpful and spent the time helping me to decide on a suitable pair for work, I then bought two pairs, lovely ladies it was a pleasure talking to you both. Shoe zone city link, retail park Cardiff .

   My son has had & sensory issues & he started crying & got really angry. As I was trying to calm him down the lady that worked there asked me what was wrong. So I told her he's getting too overwhelmed with all the shoes too choose normally I don't say anything but she was really caring & understanding (didn't say what he had) but she was so nice & so caring. You don't get that everywhere
