   Took my 2 year old niece Robyn here today and had a lovely experience, getting Robyn to sit still usually is a bit of a task, but Amelia was so helpful, patient and all round amazing! She measured Robyn’s feet and gave us advice, thank you Amelia, we have a very confident happy little one with her new trainers!

   We had the pleasure of being served by Hazel at the Cwmbran store twice this weekend. I had purchased 2 new pairs of school shoes for my girls and they had their feet measured. Hazel was amazing with the girls and made them feel like they were the centre of attention, which they loved. Shoe care was offered, but I had already purchased this before and so had some at home. Hazel was more than happy to remind me how and when to use the products to keep the shoes at their best for longer. In all we had a lovely experience and will certainly be returning.

   Absolutely shocking service.... measured my daughter a size 2....tried several pairs on didn't fit.... ended up having to order them was told they would arrive on Friday... and when they didn't show up I called and had the rudest unhelpful women saying nothing she can do nothing to do with them... !! Fast forward 2 days they arrived they were like flippers on her went yo spitty and she was a size 1 but even now they are still not fitting her correctly!! I'd never ever give them my custom
