   They ordered men’s shoes instead of women’s and when I tried to return them said I should have specified. Refuse to refund or exchange. Buy your shoes elsewhere. ###### Lol. I have been in touch with your team - they made me jump through multiple hoops sending pictures only to say it made no difference to the initial response. Complete waste of time being in touch with them at all - own your mistake and correct it would be my advice. Between phone calls, WhatsApp conversations and emails you’ve wasted more money than it would have taken to correct your mistake and then earn a positive response for good customer service. ##### As an update here - I returned the shoes at Schuh’s request for ‘inspection’ and via the method they recommended. Return was confirmed via Evri, but I never heard anything from Schuh, had to then wait until 15 days (on advisement from my bank) after confirmed return and then chase a reversal of payment via the bank. Just super terrible customer service all round.

   Me and my friend bought some shoes from here and the customer service was exceptional. We were served by Caitlin and she was knowledgeable, friendly and warm. Caitlin let us try on various shoes and was happy to help. There was another gentleman who was kind and helpful but we didn’t get his name. This was the best customer service we have had and we had been to four shoes shops prior and now will always go to Schuh first for our next purchase.

   Poor service, waited 10 mins for a pair of shoes to try on, they were too big, which is unusual as I am always the same size with shoes. I then waited another 10 minutes and no one came back to check on me to see if was happy or wanted to buy them. I just put the shoes back in the box and walked out of the shop without purchasing anything. The place was well-lit and clean and tidy, but service was very very slow. Won't be going back in a hurry. I did contact you as requested and I was told, thank you for contacting us we will report it to the shop. If that is making it up for poor service, that to me is not good. Thank you for trying. As a local guide, I do take it quite seriously what I right as it can be very important to businesses and this is only the 2nd time I have given a view this low since becoming a guide.

Had to post here because of the two best customer advisors I’ve ever met: Luke and Amelia in Cardiff St David’s - genuinely the most helpful shopping my experience I’ve ever had. Superstars. They were both really helpful with recommendations and super patient with all the different shoes I tried. Five stars

   Friday 13th May 2022. Time of visit 19:30. Service was fantastic, manager on duty was brilliant and so professional dealing with an accident of a member of her team, whilst still giving me & my daughter attentive service. She’s a fab employee and a credit to Schuch.

   Nice friendly store. Only went in to collect and online order. They had a greeter on the door who didn't say anything which I thought odd, but otherwise I found another staff member who took my order details and got someone to bring my parcel out. Massive selection of shoes on offer, and seems like plenty of staff to help you.
