   I visited today and the staff could not be more helpful. They helped me find trainers in my size and style I wanted when the exact ones I was looking at were out of stock. Whilst waiting for trainers to be brought for me to try on, I was approached by multiple smiling staff asking if they could help me. They made me feel seen, and like my custom was valued. Will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff today

   A Big massive thanks to Muaaz and Ollie, who were exceptionally helpful. originally I went to buy shoes for my daughter I ending up buying 4 pairs, Muaaz spent time locating some top design Adidas for me, I ended buying 3 different colours and one pair of shoes for my daughter. I have to say he was very knowledgeable with products and the fashion trends. Thank you once again. Until next time

   I will never use this store again and would not recommend it! No customer service help at all. Ordered and paid for items instore for delivery to home address. Items were out of stock so after waiting a week contacted store that were no help at all Emailed customer service who were also no help. Would give them 0 star rating but the lowest is a 1.

   I took my 11 year old son to get some Nike trainers. I had to interrupt the sales assistant to ask for help even though the shop was empty. They were busy chatting. There was no communication apart from me asking for sizes. The trainers were brought out to us and the assistants carried on their conversation, over our heads, about their driving theory test. This was despite the fact I was having trouble feeding the laces through and I kept looking up at him expecting some help! There was no interaction. I bought the shoes and the girl at the desk was friendly and polite. She then asked who had served me so I told her. I assume this means that the person gets a bonus. The lady in front of me had already complained about the lack of help/communication while buying her child shoes. It's no wonder our town centres are dying. I would have had just as much communication if I'd bought on line! Poor show as the shoes aren't cheap. I would expect much better customer service and won't be returning or recommending footlocker to anyone else.

   Rang store and was supposed to have kept trainers for me after ordered delivery due 19th Dec did not turn up. Turned up at the store and trainers not there. So no delivery or store collection.... Was forced to buy nore expensive upgrade trainers at footasylum. Which I will recommend. Trainers for son xmas present turned up 3 days after xmas. Will never order from footlocker again

   Just awful! A helpful young lady asked “can I help” ? Yes I said and explained what I wanted… she asked a colleague who “just direct him at the wall”, I said “hang on, I am looking for” - “again, just show him the wall” , she then decided to talk to me and said “we don’t really do (what I wanted) to which I replied “well there are a pair” and at that point she just walked of to stand in the middle of the shop…. Appalling service and being candid, I will not shop there again. Ended up in sports direct, where a really helpful guy got me exactly what I needed.
