   Ordered a tent 4 weeks ago - they have "sent" it to me twice now and nothing has arrived they keep saying "delayed" on the provider they use Evri - the first time the agent lied to me and told me it wont be sent via Evri but they just sent it again from Evri and it has yet again gone missing. Left a review on trust pilot and they gave me a generic pleas email us reply - they never reply to emails, i have sent 4. Do not order tents or camping equipment from thsi company they will not send anything then ignore you

   Everything is chained up, which means if you want to try different jackets on they have to be unlocked. Even the t-shirts were chained. If theft is that bad get a security person on the door. Better that than a bad customer experience.

   Do not use this store for UPS pickups or returns They are classed as a UPS drop off store on the UPS website that accepts barcodes, but when you go there they say the opposite and sent me elsewhere. Just ridiculous.

   Got to say I'm not impressed when I visited today. Stock selection was poor, wanted to buy a warm synthetic jacket but there were only 2/3 options. None of these were for women and one was for kids. 4 members of staff stood near the door chatting, nobody thought to ask is we needed help, what we were looking for, or approach us in any way. I wouldn't have wanted to interrupt their chat so left them to it and left the store. Will try Cotswold Outdoor tomorrow, they tend to have decent stock and service.

   UNRELIABLE! Ordered online on Monday. Despatched one out of three items on Thursday, by Friday I had to chase the rest of my order due to a lack of any meaningful updates. Customer services couldn't advise how long it would take to despatch the rest of my order, so I was left no alternative than to cancel it. I then had to wait another day for them to be kind enough to confirm order had been cancelled - it's now a week later and the money still isn't back in my account. For the one item I did receive, it was delivered by Hermes who failed to deliver twice and then managed to chuck it over my garden fence on a Saturday afternoon.
