Great shop. As a man in his mid fifties (there with my daughter) I’m not the target demographic, but I thought this place was great. The shop design and layout was really good and aesthetically pleasing. Not too packed with merchandise and easy to walk around. The music was excellent without being too loud, intrusive or inappropriate. It’s like someone that really knew what they were doing had thought about it. Lighting, changing rooms and mirrors all spot on. Staff were friendly too.

Terrible customer service i’m 20 and never written a review in my life but was actually shocking and to think they passed interview to get the job out of lots of people is crazy. 2 moody cashiers that only spoke to say the price. Too cool for everyone obviously.

A really nice shop with something for everyone. The staff are very friendly too. Disabled access is fine throughout with a lift also.

Used to love this shop , tbh it’s a bit of a sham now since males upstairs . Range is poor , not much choice , bad lay out . Just not for me any more

Am very sad to type this. I have been into the Cardiff store, near the central library a few times. Why do I get followed around and watched? in a very obvious way. The last time, there were a few other shoppers in the store, but I was the only one being followed and watched. Also I was the only shopper of colour there. I was very uncomfortable. Also absolutely disgusted and put off purchasing there in future. I am not a thief. I want other shoppers of colour to be aware of my experience. (I only added 1 star because I cant post without selecting a star rating)

normally go in there for a browse tbh, but the few occasions I have bought things ,the staff who have served me haven’t been the friendliest ,just very rude and blunt. i understand working with the public is hardly enjoyable ,but the times where ive been there 99.9% of the time the staff are just very rude, but idk maybe ive just been unlucky and caught them on a bad day

Store manager is absolutely psychotic, very strange and rude behaviour. I tried to return a faulty product and she was very angry and was shouting and refused the return. According to her it's normal for clothing to fall apart after a couple of months of wear. I genuinely do not understand what was happening. I was very calm and said I was dissapointed and she said she didn't care and stormed off like a child ... I was looking for the cameras honestly. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but really wouldn't recommend. Faulty items and psychotic manager.

The only one anywhere near this area, not cheap but plenty of room and is rarely rammed full of people. Nice aesthetic to the store design and the staff are always friendly and happy to help. A great place for graphic tees or some basic streetwear pieces to fill your wardrobes with.
