   Don't waste your time going there. Staff is rude, constantly "busy", then disappear. Size 3 on display in many styles. In 20 min, I was unable to find if my size is even available or try any... real waste of time.

   Great Experience straight on the back of a shocking experience at Leckwith. In out and listened to the complaints agreeing that the store was at fault and obviously was very helpful. That's how you manage a complaint granted you had the product needed but you still apologised for the trouble and said you would have completed the refund if need due to the circumstances.

   Purchased some clothing items, unable to try them on, no facilities, tried to return them, it appears they will not issue a refund whatsoever, only exchange or a voucher towards something else. Not shopping there again as with that policy they ought to have somewhere to check for fit before purchasing the items.

   So, yea they are well priced and absolutely have a huge selection of goods however there is a bit of a customer service issue. Not directly at the staff, my experience has always been positive. I am always handled with respect and vigour every time I visited the site. But, I recently bought a pair of converse daps, and a week into ownership, noticed a defect. I attempted to ring through just to ensure I'm OK returning after a weeks use, however after being hung up on 3 times in a row I gave up. One thing I'd say is a failure with the shop, would be under staffing. Dont leave your staff hanging, they do a good job but do it under duress because of the lack of people. It casts a shadow over the experience as a whole. Not going to lie, this event grinded me and i imagine it would anyone else. However, please don't let that stop you from visiting, they are good and well priced, sell quality products and in person the staff, although rushed are fantastic. Not a 5 star worthy rating though due to my experience.

   Absolutely fantastic, I wasn't sure what I actually wanted until I went in and saw the massive range of footwear right in front of me. It didnt take long for me to select some footwear, my daughter was also able to choose quickly, I think that the layout there really works and the staff that were on hand were very helpful and swift at their jobs. Definitely worth a visit for ANY footwear or sportswear needs. Their clothing and accessories are vast but arranged so well that you won't need to wander around searching for what you need for ages. Very good discounts in-store too.
