   the staff were so rude and we dealt with two cashiers, the first one had a great amount of attitude and the other cashier threw my items recklessly onto the counter. I found these encounters very rude and i was very disappointed with customer service

   Early today I visited Zara and one of the female staff members (I do not know her name, but she was wearing a black headscarf) was helping me choose a coat. She was extremely polite, professional, and very helpful. Unfortunately, one of her colleagues (whose name i heard from another person who later called her, and I believe it was Antoneta (if I’m not mistaken) behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner. She started shouting at the staff member who was assisting me, asking why she was talking to me, with an aggressive and disrespectful attitude. It appeared as though she did not understand that helping customers is a fundamental part of the role, as her behaviour suggested she was acting as if she were working for a government office rather than in a customer-focused retail environment like Zara. This behaviour was uncomfortable to witness and completely inappropriate in a customer-facing environment. It reflected very poorly on the overall experience. I felt it was important to report this, as the staff member who was helping me did absolutely nothing wrong and should not be treated in this way.

   Very rude staff and poor customer service. Feedback provided to staff member about his rude demeanour & unpleasant tone to which he responded “well that’s your opinion, I don’t think I’ve been rude”. I also think he was part of management. The experience left me feeling uncomfortable and upset, as though I wasn’t a paying customer but instead a nuisance.

   Another bad review and again it’s the staff. Unfriendly and rude. Guy on the till threw the clothes in the bag without care. Then threw the receipt on top of the bag and called the next customer. No please or thank you. Even the mop woman was obnoxious! Diversity is clearly not our strength if you know what I mean…

   Zara is frustrating. Nice clothes but the layout! Why, why have the fragrances next to the till? Tricky to access when the store is busy and they're always popular. Been to other Zara's and they've got a stand-alone fragrance section against a wall. Might be worth a try? The old Queen Street shop had it and it worked. Also big returns queue, but nothing new there!

   Appalling service in Cardiff Store. Staff member advised my size in dress was on shop floor according to computer even though not on rail with stock. Told to check all the rails to see if they'd been moved by customer. I try and support shops rather than order online but in this instance online it is. Hope it's not the end of another Store chain.

   Good fashionable range. Sometimes Finishing leaves a lot to be desired loose and missing buttons, threads showing and snagged material. Value for money compared to designer brands.

   Absolutely appalling service in the menswear section of the cardiff store. I asked a sales assistant for help and she ignored me and went off to her friends (one of which was a manager) to continue talking. I then asked her again if she could help me and she told me to hang on as she was too busy. She finally came after 15 minutes, and when I asked her about a certain item of clothing, she cut me off and didn't even let me finish my sentence before saying no (in a very rude manner). Very dismissive and rude staff at this store, don't bother
