   Do not buy from them! Just save yourself the bother and go elsewhere. No cheaper than reputable companies, the quality was dreadful, thin fabric and wonky cuts. The suit fit several sizes off of measurement. Returns process was slow and convoluted. After several emails back and forth, and a letter before claim, they stated that they cannot issue a refund so had to pursue a visa chargeback to get my money back. I got a better suit for nearly half the price from Next, and they'll actually give you your money back.

   Don't accept returns - as other review, sent return item to Unit 19, Moy Road Industrial Estate, Cardiff. Item came back to me as undeliverable 'Addressee Gone Away'. Can't contact anyone at Abitto. AVOID and don't waste your money

   Ordered a suit for a wedding that didn’t fit and sent it back well within the time frame. Followed the tracking which said that they were unable to deliver as no one at that address (unit 19, Miy Road Industrial Estate, Taffs Well, Cardiff CF15 7QR) and it has been returned albeit 3 weeks later. In the meanwhile I have emailed and webchatted (to no avail as they said they were going to check the address and didn’t come back to me). Really bad customer service and its businesses like this that shouldn’t be allowed to continue.

   Abitto suits have been amazing I ordered their peaky grey tweed 3 piece suit and I was really impressed with the quality for the money. it’s always difficult to order suits online I had been sized up by a tailor and gave the measurements which where all perfect other than the trousers, As all company’s can be slightly different but I sent them back and Abitto kindly had them resized at a tailors for no extra cost and they came back perfect. Over all I was very impressed with quality and there customer service and would recommend anyone to buy a suit from these guys and not from any of the bigger producers moss bros etc thanks again guys hopefully I might be buying another suit at some point!

   I had such high hopes when I saw this business online. The pictures and quality of the blazers looked good. It was my brothers wedding and we ordered 6 blazers in total. All 6 blazers sizes were so inconsistent we couldn't figure out how they even 'tailored' these suits. Somehow a 40 size would fit someone who ordered a 44. Someone who ordered the 40 would fit into 42 or a 44. Let's start with the sleeve lengths they were diabolical. size S, R and L means nothing to Abitto because they were also atrociously inconsistent. When I was able to send the suits back to abitto to get them altered they came back so embarrassingly bad. They would just cut off the length you ask them but not alter the sleeve buttons to where they supposed to be and just sewed it up. One of the blazer sleeve buttons was hanging right at the button of the sleeve when there is supposed to be a gap. Customer service is only open between 11am to 4pm on weekdays so whoever is working between those hours and find it hard to find time to call then forget it. I asked for a refund on one of them because the tailoring was so bad however I was told I can't get a refund because it's been tailored. Sorry the only reason why it was tailored in the first place was because of the inconsistent in the sizing of the blazers and sleeve. If you want to stress and worry before a big event on how your blazer is going to be then Abitto is the perfect fit. Pardon the pun. Very disappointed

   I bought a suit for my wedding which was excellent quality. Unfortunately it didn’t fit exactly right first time and needed to be returned. The customer service team were excellent in telling me what I needed to do and responded to my questions quickly. The suit was returned and fits perfectly. I have just ordered suits for my groomsmen and was given a discount for ordering 6 suits.

   I purchased a Seal Blue Tweed suit online from Abitto and received a very smart suit and outstandingly good service. My next day delivery of the suit revealed that I had ordered a jacket and waistcoat which were slightly too large, although the trousers were a perfect fit. I simply returned the original jacket and waistcoat to Abitto and they sent me smaller replacements with another next day delivery. As with almost any affordable suit these days, the jacket & waistcoat have non-functioning outside pockets, but useful inside pockets to stash an essential wallet or mobile or wedding speech. The trousers do have good deep, real pockets! The nice quality tweed and the style and fit of the suit is excellent ... I looked very sharp for my first outing in the suit yesterday. I am about to place another order for a second linen suit in sage green.
