A nice store with clothes that seem of good quality. Good range of styles and choice, well laid out. Customer service is excellent with two very friendly members of staff helping my wife with her purchase. Although on the more expensive side they have plenty of sales at good price points.

Really disappointed as took in a gift card which had unfortunately expired (didn't realize they had such a shorter than other similar retailers expiry date). The staff member was very unpleasant and made me feel like I had annoyed him aswell, when all I asked was for him to check if they were still in date. Basically my mother in law wasted £55. I had Fatface vouchers bought at the same time and it was a completely different experience. Lovely staff and very helpful - plus an extra year on their vouchers! Have lots of white stuff clothes bought over the years but lucky for me they have lots of competition as I won't be back.
Very colourful and original items. The decoration of the shop is also very quirky and original, they even have a little castle near the fitting rooms for kids to play in. One of the ladies who work there is really nice and helped me decide what suited me best. A bit pricey.

This shop is my favourite in Cardiff. The lady who serves me knows exactly what suits my shape and age etc. I always come away from the shop feeling really happy and satisfied knowing I have got some great outfits for the coming months. Very friendly staff and well made clothes.
