   Worse ever experience with hotter shoes shop in Cardiff centre. My daughter bought a boots in October 2023.. was in sale for 40£. She had a help from the staff to get it fit well. It was ripped from the side in one month time. We asked for refund! Surprised by the manger saying the boots were bought as imperfect !!!!! How come ??? Are the sale shoes are all imperfect??? How come to sale imperfect for 40£ then??? She said the price of the boots are 150£ NO WAY this a normal price !!! I have been coned by the manger at Hotter shoes Cardiff ! Never again for me, daughter and my mum too. It was disappointing and I wouldn’t stop just to leave this negative feedback, I will go to Ombudsman, because I think the way this shop has dealt with this is unacceptable and I know if they had experienced this with their daughters they will do more frustrated and unhappy with the purchase. Not recommended .

   My wife and I visited the store on Saturday 2nd February and were attended to by Lloyd. He was exceptionally helpful and polite to us ensuring that the shoes we selected fitted well and suggesting half insoles for my wife to improve the fit of the shoes she bought. Thank you Lloyd very much.

   Hi! Where can I make a complaint? I have been buying shoes here for years and it has always been a great experience. Today I got a pair of shoes, I tried them and they were perfect, in fact I told the employee I would be back soon to get the other pair I tried. When I paid I was told that there were no changes because the shoes were on offer, I said it was ok (since I tried them on). I just got home and realised I was given different shoes! :'(

   Recently purchased a pair of shoes for my mothers birthday, the staff were very helpful and made picking the right pair simple. My mother loves them! Even had my own feet correctly measured while i was there using their new machine :)

   Shoes are leather and of high quality, the staff are helpful when selling, but very rude when accepting returns and refunding. I had a pair of shoe with a shoe polish to return. A lady who served me at first didn't accept to refund me for the shoe polish but when I said her colleague (mr Lloyd) told me so, she reluctantly accepted and grabbed my bank card and asked me for another ID card to make sure that I was REALLY the card owner. she said that's the rule from April 2019 and made me to sign the back of my card on the counter if I want the refund!!!!! Disgusting behaviour at least to me!!!!!!!!
