Horrible atmosphere the staff on today one old guy in a cap and a younger guy. No conversation or eye contact very rude and unhelpful. If i wasn't shopping for a gift for my husband I would of walked straight out Fred Perry Cardiff you need new nice staff.

Great service, sales assistant and manager couldn't do enough for us. Sadly didn't have what I wanted in my size. Manager checked online but was sold out there too.

Fred Perry is my achilles heel I can't visit without making a purchase! The products are such high quality and without a doubt worth it! I love the Amy Winehouse Foundation clothing and at my recent visit purchased the silk "I told you I was trouble" Harrington jacket. The staff in the Cardiff shop were amazing so helpful and kind giving advice on sizing and honest review of if something suited. They were happy to chat and didn't make me feel I was a pain at all. Will definitely be back soon!

Jake & Ben were very easy to approach and talk to. The store has a very laidback and chilled vibe which is exactly what you need when shopping and takes any stress out of the equation. Both guys were very friendly and unlike the atmosphere in a lot of similar shops I didn’t feel any pressure and had a nice comfortable experience. Visited the store plenty of times and will continue to do so as long as it stays exactly the same!
