    Went into the store recently, usually buying jeans is not a comfortable experience for me. However, there was a more than excellent staff member who helped me through the experience. Christmas is a busy period for any retailer, so, keeping your energy afloat above the busy crowds can be challenging for staff. After trying on jeans and not liking them, I thought it best to leave, but this staff member offered an alternative pair that might be more comfortable for me. It’s this level of customer service, a kindness in this busy period, that helped me find the perfect pair.

    Levi’s—- Aha!! What to say. It is synonym of jeans. Cardiff store has lovely staff. The store has tailor service. It is was missing at Swindon and Bristol store. So, I recommend to buy from directly from Cardiff store if you need free alteration.

    Phenomenal service, Olimede was incredibly helpful, and more than happy to find size, colour, and style variants while we clogged up his changing room! The instore tailoring service was ridiculously quick and free, and the jeans bought in the end a very decent price.
