Hired 2 suits from here for my wedding. Suits arrived and good quality. But they forgot to tack my sleeves on the jackets which the women said they were but weren't had to go back there the next day for them to rush it with only 1 day left until my wedding. They then told me that I'd have week to return the suit but when I picked it up they said two days after my wedding it needs to be returned bit awkward since my honey moon was next day I had to camp outside to return as my flight was next day at 10am

Beautiful suits, but disappointing service and sizing errors The suits themselves were beautiful, and the men looked fantastic on the day. However, the process leading up to this was stressful and time-consuming, adding extra tasks and problems at an already very busy time when we could have done without the added stress — making it all the more disappointing. We hired three suits for our wedding — for the groom, best man, and father of the bride. The fitting appointment went smoothly, and we left feeling confident everything was in hand. Unfortunately, when we went to collect the suits, all three had incorrect sizes. • The groom’s shirt was two sizes too big and his trousers were too small. He noticed this in the shop and had to return the next day for replacements. • My father and son live away, so they didn’t try theirs on until the day before the wedding. My son’s trousers were too small, and my father’s shirt was too big. My husband took the correct shirt for my father when he left, but my son’s replacement trousers couldn’t be collected until 2 pm the day before the wedding — meaning he arrived late and missed our pre-wedding BBQ in Hay-on-Wye. When my husband pointed out the sizing issues at collection, staff argued with him before eventually changing his suit and my father’s shirt. Speaking to wedding guests afterwards, we found this wasn’t an isolated experience — one guest told us her entire wedding party had sizing mistakes, and some items were even missing from their order, including two top hats, and two jackets and shirts. When we returned our suits and explained the stress this had caused, the response we got was: “Ah well, it turned out alright in the end” — dismissive and without apology, or even an openness to hearing what went wrong so they could find some solutions. My advice if you plan to use this company: Make a note of your sizes at fitting, and always call ahead before collection to check the correct sizes are ready. While the suits look great, the service and quality control left a lot to be desired.

We had all the suits for our wedding from here, in total it was six overall we had a really good experience the staff were lovely and it was a pretty easy experience. They’ve got loads of options and offer an option to have custom suits made - they really do cater for everyone! The only thing I would say was that one or two of the suits looked a little tired. I’m assuming these are ones that are probably coming to the end of the rotation/life cycle, this was enough for us to have a bad experience

Customer service poor at Cardiff, really felt like they were doing you a favour both at start and on return. We were going to book elsewhere based on the first visit to Cardiff but eventually went to cross hands where all of the staff there were delightful and couldn’t be more helpful. What a difference, returned the suits to Cardiff treated very politely but cold. Almost a monopoly for them so they get away with it. Avoid Cardiff use Newport or Cross Hands. Suits were great and nice experience in Cross Hands, felt a valued customer

Put in to Hire suite 3 years ago as this was the best one at a few wedding fairs was told then they would be taler fitted but when it came to it they were not. My and my farther law are bigger chaps and were made to fell like we should not be renting there suits after my fatherland troues did not fit right he was told by the tall older staff member in the store that is what happens when you bigger round the middle. I have emailed a few time to complan but I am yet to have anything back of them it like they will take your money then don't won't to know

Absolutely terrible service from here. I would not recommend at all. The most cold service from start to finish with the member who staff who did the measurements made comments to my partner like he needs to eat more because he was too skinny. She was the most rude person I have ever come across. The suits were meant to arrive 3-5 days before the wedding and we had no communication from them so we had to phone 2/3 days prior and they told us they would arrive 2 days before the wedding which of course we were uneasy about as we travelling for the wedding the day before which meant it if anything was wrong we wouldn’t have enough time. When I phoned them worried about this I was told that it was my fault for not telling them we were travelling up before and needed them by this date but we actually did on multiple occasions and even if we didn’t we were still told between 5-3 days before at the latest! And of course one suit was completely the wrong size but they also FORGOT to give us someone’s suit by the time we got home and realised they were closed so we had to wait until the morning to call (2 days before wedding) again they didn’t seem too bothered and tried to tell us that the wrong fitting suit was actually correct and when questioned again they backtracked and said oh this can’t be right as it doesn’t match the shirt/neck size we have written down. They said that they would need to contact the warehouse to get them delivered in but that would be another day and again really no apologies from anyone. So the day before we left was complete stress and the worst experience I’ve ever had to go through, this completely tarnished the wedding eve. We had mini busses to take the bridal parties to our venue at 2pm (1hr 30mins away) and I had to stay behind and collect the suits didn’t actually get the suits until 4 pm when I should’ve been at the venue by this point going though final checks and getting prepped for the morning but no. The man who handover of the suits didn’t even apologise or acknowledge my experience. I didn’t even get to the venue until gone 7pm due to traffic. And don’t even get me started on returning the suits, absolute joke of a company. PLEASE DO NOT USE.
