I shop here all the time but recently was made aware that my bra might not be the right size by a staff member. I then went in to get my bra sized by a lovely lady, Cerys, and she was super helpful with helping me wear the correct size! If you are unsure about your bra size I’d really recommend coming here
Izzy helped me with a fitting and recommended so many amazing options suited to me particularly. She was so kind and attentive for the entire time as soon as we waked in the door. She is absolutely incredible, thank you so much again Izzy!
I have been wearing the wrong size for years, as soon as I walked inside the store, I was asked if I needed any help. I have always dreaded buying bras hence wearing the wrong size for years but Izzy was absolutely incredible. She measured me by just looking at me. She is the loveliest lady, so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She made me feel so at ease and hyped me up like my best friend would. What a lush lady. Boux Avenue in Cardiff is a must-visit! The store has a fantastic selection of lingerie and the staff are incredibly helpful. I recently had a bra fitting with Izzy, and her assistance was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable. I had such a great experience at Boux Avenue with my bra fitting! The customer service was fantastic and Izzy was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely lovely. Absolutely disgusted at the attitude of the customer assistants. I could honestly say I felt like Julia roberts in pretty woman they looked at me as if I didn’t belong and why was I shopping in there. As soon as I saw this I left and yes I was going to buy something. Never ever again will I go in there.
I ordered online for home delivery. Its been 4 days already and no e mail to update me of my order, not even to say order has been received , unlike when i ordered to pick up in store, after 2 days i received an e mail that it was ready. The reviews were right, i thought delivery was only delayed due to the fact that its christmas based on other reviews. Extremely frustrated with their online service! Beware!

And she was a lovely lady and very helpful I didn’t have a clue on my bra size and due to Covid we stayed 2 meters but she was very helpful and honest and helped me find the perfect size Would definitely recommend shopping here, especially if you need help not knowing your sizes or the beautiful looking lingerie and clothing
